We are one of the groups involved in Heart of the Pennines, aiming to encourage walkers to visit and stay in our wonderful area. Here are the latest minutes of the steering group from January 2018.
Walking groups
Calderdale Ramblers (local Ramblers’ Association group, walks most Sundays, some Saturdays and weekdays )
CREW Heart Support group walk every Tuesday, and co-run a shorter (2 hour, gentle pace) Todmorden walkabout every Sunday from Morrissons’, arrive at 11. Sorry, inactive at present.

Calderdale Walking Friends (a ‘meetup’ group)
Hebden Bridge Outdoors (a ‘meetup’ group)
E-trails from Pennine Horizons: they now have around a dozen downloadable apps, including three around Todmorden, where you can walk historic trails with information on your phone/tablet.

Calderdale Heritage Walks do guided walks to all sorts of fascinating local historical places.
